Did two laps around sidsjön.

Lap 2 @ 3.59/k, HR (174/181)

Legs felt ok (below threshold) but the breathing and pulse got high. Gonna be intresting to see how i feel tomorrow.

Jogged a sprint course @ västermalm. Felt ok. Took one bad routechoise but otherwise ok. Hopefully i will stay healthy after this.
