Clubtraining: 1k intervals (but we had to cut of ~130m to avoid getting flatten by cars), tried running the first one with a good speed (2:47 on the 870m track) but i feelt my body couldnt handle it so i aborted the intervals.

Clubtraining: 5 x 250m hills, splits (0:50, 0:48, 0:49, 0:52, 0:51) rec ~2min. Feelt good on the first 3 intervals but then my body just didnt recover on the way down, did 2 more and then i had enough for today.

Still had a some cough when i woke up this morning so i didnt want to risk getting sick again. Took a really long walk/hike up to Södraberget trough the forest ~1.5h. Around knee deep snow except a few parts with a bit more... Had a max hr on 156 and avg 118.

Longrun on skiitracks around and up to Södraberget. Really nice weather with -1°C and heavy snowfall! Feelt heavy in the beginning of the run but really fast in the end.
