First ski-session this winter. Felt good the whole way. -4°C and good tracks. LV5 -> Södraberget + 4 x (2.5km + hotellslingan inc. the big slope on the 2.5km track) and then back down again.
The foot felt fine. Think ill try to do one run and one ski-session/day instead of running twice. Might prevent these stupid injuries.
