WMOC sprint. 11th. Not sure I could even run before this, calf and hamstring issues. Got going got into it though not able to get into top gear. Set pattern for week making mistake 3/4s round course. This time distracted by avoiding tourists and runners ran right past my control into the next courtyard. V confused! Had been running in 5th... could have been good if fully fit...
