mhm what to say. My aim was a real good run. Technically it was good. I had some small mistakes, but not some big shit.
Jukola seems to be my "hit" "twist" some body part nemesis. I hit my knee straight away out of the start triangle on a rock. so quite defensive start and could feel it here and there.
But my body was strange. I was drinking energy drinks and water the whole day and had good with food. still my stomach was nearly empty when i started. so i took my energy chews already at the first drinking station. still no better. so I just focused on o-technique and tried in one way or another to keep up some kind of pace. kind of annoying. 147avg. I was actually not tired in my upper body, legs were not so nice, especially typical hamstring. anyway I lost 15min to Gustav, 9min to Anders N and had 59th best time on the leg, which is not too bad. So satisfied even i had a powerless body and bad knee.
