did just little warming up. thighs and calves were not as good as I hoped. so I went for a decent cruise pace. in the forest both calves and thighs were okay but on hard surface it was not that good.

i wanted to have best leg time on at least one course, so i went for this one. nailed it. but that was just stupid cause both calves and thighs were f*d afterwards. was blackrolling a lot and trying to stretch them.

must have been the worst feeling since I started training for norseman. just so bad legs. head was not working either cause just thinking about the consequences of having so heavy thighs and legs...so 3.30min mistake to first control on a LONG EASY....emberassing. anyway, was happy I did not had to run one more time, since I was not able to walk. worst was to sit down and try to stand up afterwards...


anyway we got 3rd with 3 guys and 1 girl in the 12h category. all of us did okay, so it is godkjent! just boys-teams in front of us :)

something strange happened. my front thighs just tighting up. painfully like lactact acid all the way feeling. like totally tired feeling. got really worried about the fact I was suppose to run 12h competition day before. calves as well got really tired.
