Holmenkollstafetten Single Opp & Ned.
Heavy shit.
So first cycling. felt quite bad while I was cycling, so hoped it will get better. First a bit more than 2hours on the roadbike, than home, change and with the single speed straight to Bislett. I had to be there an hour before the race, due to time keeping chip. yeah yeah. warmed up inside in nice pace some loops. appr. 4.30min/km. Than the start went and first 1200m on the track before it got out of the stadium. My main aim was to keep it controlled. So I was starting in 3.45min/km. One guy was just going off straight away. I let two others go. Did my own pace. Took them in afterwards. Controlled up Besserud the long uphill I felt good. But than when changing over to downhill part my right hamstring just collapsed. So much pain...so really slow splits. I tried to keep it going but it was really painful and I was looking forward coming to the flat parts. I changed running style a bit and could take back better pace again. Rest was just to keep it to finish, but yeah got tired. 3rd place. happy
