Orienteering (progressive) 1:08:18 [3] ***** 11.3 km (6:03 / km) +250m 5:27 / km
spiked:13/13c shoes: Icebug Spirit OLX New

beginning was tough. body down after being sick and still a bit sick.

but slowly getting into it and starting too feel better and better. so started slow and finished strong.

göteborg long distance, running just H21, not elite this time.

did not want to push the body too hard since i am not 100% fit. so good to see i am not that far behind eirik.
no real mistake. technically good.

my birthday. and one of the worst days.

went out with the raumar boys to some training in göteborg. where not that far outside. so the boys were running while me and Sondre decided to watch them at the mid-post. coming back from the session some idiots had broken into my car. FUCK.

stole my wallet and trygves wallet and mobile, and loads of training gear.
window in the back broken. FUCK.

so to the police in göteborg. waiting 4 hours. FUCK.

supposed to run a night race, but still sick. FUCK.

stayed at the cabin with Trygve and watched avatar with chips, chocolate and cola.
