puh. with big backpack to holmenkollen and back. had a meet up with kenneth and than we went on. spectated at the 30km duathlon race at Holmenkollen. The father of two of my athletes has built up a 50 persons tribune in his garden which is right next to the skitracks. awesome near to the athletes and with a big screen in the garage a perfect day :)
In bed instead of bislett. Had a bad night with loads of breaks in my sleep and quite a fair amount of sweating. Just trying to get it out as fast as possible, so staying in bed a little longer
it is and had been snowing every morning for the last couple of days, there is hell a lot of snow in Oslo. Some month ago i was scared that when my sister will arrive with her family for visiting me for the Ski World Champs and own skiing incl. a tour in to the Nordmarka with sleeping in one of the hats, that there will be too little snow. There is for 100% enough snow out there, maybe as well 150% and i am quite sure it will be there until May...happy times...nja. Right now i am still happy about training running inside and going skiing for the longer sessions, but how long will my motivation last?
had to wait due to threadmills being used by slow running guys. so decided to warm up with cycling the first bit until one gets free
Running intervals (@threadmill) 1:02:30 14.0 km (4:28 / km) ahr:139 max:167 shoes: Nike Lunarace+
warm up until 25.17min warmed up at 13.2km/h i think it was, at least something like that.
than 10x2min with 90sec rest. talked to Alex this morning, my trainer, and he said i should run them between 3.30 - 3.20min/km. so i started at 17.2km/h (3.30min/km) and the last one was at 18.1km/h (3.19min/km).
nice session feeling comfortable, except of the last one, that was already feeling a bit faster in running, was wondering for how long i could keep the pace. the 90sec rest i was jogging around in the gym, so people were looking a bit strange, just some of them. was fun and the rest felt quite long and i could get heart rate down to 138-143avg, but did how the trainer said i should do
loop 2, between 12-13-14 the one path was closed, thats why we couldnt run the best route, and threw 18-19 there i took and suicidal routechoice with kneehigh snow!!! eirik was far behind me, and than infront of me while running around
