In bed instead of bislett. Had a bad night with loads of breaks in my sleep and quite a fair amount of sweating. Just trying to get it out as fast as possible, so staying in bed a little longer

it is and had been snowing every morning for the last couple of days, there is hell a lot of snow in Oslo. Some month ago i was scared that when my sister will arrive with her family for visiting me for the Ski World Champs and own skiing incl. a tour in to the Nordmarka with sleeping in one of the hats, that there will be too little snow. There is for 100% enough snow out there, maybe as well 150% and i am quite sure it will be there until May...happy times...nja. Right now i am still happy about training running inside and going skiing for the longer sessions, but how long will my motivation last?

Good Morning, Attackpoint.

cycling warm up/down 12:30 [1]
shoes: Nike Lunarace+

had to wait due to threadmills being used by slow running guys. so decided to warm up with cycling the first bit until one gets free

Running intervals (@threadmill) 1:02:30 intensity: (38:22 @1) + (7:53 @2) + (14:28 @3) + (1:47 @4) 14.0 km (4:28 / km)
ahr:139 max:167 shoes: Nike Lunarace+

warm up until 25.17min warmed up at 13.2km/h i think it was, at least something like that.
than 10x2min with 90sec rest. talked to Alex this morning, my trainer, and he said i should run them between 3.30 - 3.20min/km. so i started at 17.2km/h (3.30min/km) and the last one was at 18.1km/h (3.19min/km).
nice session feeling comfortable, except of the last one, that was already feeling a bit faster in running, was wondering for how long i could keep the pace. the 90sec rest i was jogging around in the gym, so people were looking a bit strange, just some of them. was fun and the rest felt quite long and i could get heart rate down to 138-143avg, but did how the trainer said i should do

1. 2min @17.2km/h 156avg, 159max
2. 2min @17.3km/h 153avg, 161max
3. 2min @17.4km/h 153avg, 161max
4. 2min @17.5km/h 154avg, 160max
5. 2min @17.6km/h 154avg, 161max
6. 2min @17.7km/h 156avg, 164max
7. 2min @17.8km/h 156avg, 165max
8. 2min @17.9km/h 156avg, 166max
9. 2min @18.0km/h 156avg, 165max
10. 2min @18.1km/h 155avg, 165max
