its done. for the first time in my life i made a 20h week. was the main goal for this week, just to see how my body will react. i was fairly tired the last 30min today. and my arms are especially tired. its tough to do it and you cant do so much else, so the coming week i have to do more for my master degree, because i could not motivate so much for it this week.

Easy long skitour, not the best conditions due to slow snow. Fun anyway, but got fairly tired in the end. Cold outside, so did not go faster due to breathing.

there was two sessions going on, so perfectly for not getting bored.
first session i joined, long intervals, than the last hour just easy.

1. really short WU to OLT, than Wang Wednesday technical morning training. Street-O with some controls in some forest pits. short WD to my office,

Hardcore swimming training by christian and tone. Incl. 20x50m intervals and stuff like that. Tough session.
500 m warm up, maybe a little less since Christian is swimming faster than me ;)

100 m cool down

the first half hour on my own, than eirik, eirik and vetle joined and vetle did the whole rest of the session with me!
watched the rest of Gladiator and some big bang theory
