was taking it rather easy, but was feeling quite tired in the uphills, and there was a fair bit uphill all the way. in the beginning i went with vibeke than carried on by myself. downhill going slow since it was dark outside and the conditions not the best. but classic skiing was impossible, so made the right decision with skating

together with Tone, Christian and Vibeke. had some good instrunctions from Christian and Tone today, which are really helpful. So hopefully we will have some more sessions. Good one!

supposed to do a 20laps tempo run @2min per lap, which is like 3.40min/km. had to drop out after 14 legs due to too tired and sore legs. did not want to risk anything. running felt alright. nice session with anders and simen. next time i hope kruegerol is joining aswell.
