will see if i will be able to scan the map somehow.

i had some mistakes, mostly to my own stupidness by being disturbed by other runners. when i was on my own i did an okay job. i will as well change my compass, because that one i used was several times way to slow for night orienteering. anyway i had real fun out there, even if my shape is rubbish.

Note

i was analyzing my training for 2009/2010.
71 days without training, where slightly over 50 days were due to injuries and sickness. so, my main goal for 2011 is to minimize it.
i am not going to aim for the national team next year, i decided that yesterday. i will just try to focus on my master degree, getting in good shape for 2012, and doing a good work in my new job.

the food i got yesterday was not enough. i was slightly hungry when i was going to bed. but the simulation should be the same, so had to deal with it.

and than the tempo-cycling test. dont know for how long i cycled, but i have a feeling that it was longer than last time
