feeling shit. dont know what is wrong with my body. felt shit. legs were tired quite fast and got sore, knee hurt after a while. heart rate astronomical for this kind of run

did a 3x1km at the pace i want to run at the 10km race in Oslo in two weeks.
felt tired while warming up and had no good feeling at all the whole session. hopefully better feeling in two weeks ;)

Was some training map of Raumar for NM Long. GOOD i am not running NM Long :D

no more training today. woke up 8.48, at school 9.00 am for a heart starter course until 12.00, than meeting with my supervisor, which was good and promising for my project plan for my master degree.
than went straight out climbing to grefsenkollen at 3.30pm, back at 7pm...hungry and tired...

okay, the winner is longrun, but .... I got an offer to cycle with Kenneth, Mikkel, Tue and Jeppe...so it will be cycling and strength with Eirik afterwards :)
