bad race. no routine, no real tactic for night orienteering. a bit disappointing to run so bad. but, first night race since ages, just to take the lats bits of the race with me and learn of the first part, where i was just running chaotic!

nice morning run. was running by Michaels and Isabells place to see the 10days old Lasse :) ...funny how small kids can be!

anyway. 20min warm up, was than supposed to run 5 x 1min @ 3.20min/km pace.
had no idea how that pace is likely to be..so ran a bit faster as it looks like. did 1min breaks. felt alright.
