trained nsk youth and elite. first he youth ran together with the elite the terrain-intervals. i did some strides. than jogged back to the track & field stadion and they did 3 times 200m. so i was jogging, jogging, jogging, strides, jogging

nice morning run with anders. clouds went away, sun came out at 08.30. we started at 08.45. nice timing! felt good. the course is mainly on small pathes around grefsenkollen. quite hilly

90min. of dragon boat racing..damn it was quite tough!
first we did 2 heats where it was 6 in our boat and 8 in the other to boats.
in the end we did a 500m in 2:18min..world record is round about 1:48min
we did it nearly as good as them:
