together with vibeke. bad conditions. no real tracks, but a lot of snow falling down from heaven...so it was actually possible to stop right next to the door of my student-appartment.
so i really hope there will be perfect conditions the next days.

yeah. 4 stunden telemark und snowboarding. i am quite f`d in my legs, so that is why it is training. and coordination, stabi, strength, it is all used in it. will go for some strength a little bit later

yeah yeah. geilo..hoped for good snow. arrived. bad wet snow and rainy.

went out anyway. running to the ski-stadion than going some skiing on really bad tracks in really bad conditions ... and running back.
do not know if i will do it tomorrow again. it is supposed to snow this night and tomorrow. we will see
