i just feel bored, so i will yes count the 1h30min walking up to vettakollen and back as easy training. actually i got quite tired and sweaty, soooo good to be back in nature! and alex said i could count it :)
I WANT TO TRAIN MORE. i actually got much better the last days, but still not good enough to go running, hopefully on tuesday.
Have been at the hospital yesterday. Supposed to wear some ankle support the next weeks. Maybe back running in a week. Depends on the healing. Anyway doctor said should be running with some kind of ankle support the next three month. We'll see. Now on my way to germany. Will be there until sunday, and on monday back training. temperature went down to 37,7 from 39,2 in the last two days, thats good. still feeling a bit dizzy and a nice cold. will take some more days i reckon.
