no pain. went up to 13 km/h and did even som 8% gradient for 1min. hopefully the trend is keeping up and i will be back running normal at the end of the next week

Note

what a day it was.
little hangover from nissfest the evening before.
than 0800 AM jobb at NIH until 1300. than went to town buying some christmas presents. than back home at 1730. had to make salat and stuff to go to nydalens julebord! home at 2400...no time for training

and there was the second test. went alright. went up to 11.1 km/h. no pain.
the gradient was -1.5...i reckon its okay to start with that.
my ancle were much more pain ...i reckon cause i havent run since ages now

second day of examinations, today it was my day aswell, went really well. so i am looking forward to get the note.
anyway. was "object to get teached" in 6-7 groups...quite heavy and long day just dancing dancing dancing

forgot my heart-rate monitor

cycling intervals (7 times 4min, 2min break) 40:00 [3]

4min intervals. did the first 5times with 30sec standing, 30sec sitting. the second last interval 4min sitting, the last one 4min standing.

did it while sivert and martin did some other stuff, like farting and so on, so felt i was a bit passive in giving it all. but nice session

at 8 km/h on the threadmill. really easy just to see if there is pain.
no pain...so in two days i will go for 10min

was alright, was not motivated at all, but "the world domination" with their album "heat" and "turbonegro" with their album "party animals" made it a lot easier.

had exams today, went actually alright.
