nice first loop. most town-orienteering. two times a bit unshure about route-choice. some went threw area which was marked as uncrossable in the map.

two times a bit unshure again. one time took the wrong way out and decided to go the other way, cost me about 10sec i reckon.
gps tracking and results later one. i reckon monday, when i will be back home.
just know the magne was both times faster than me, but do not think anybody else

with vibeke nice evening jogg. woke up too late for an extra training in the morning. so thats all for today. maybe not too bad as i feel slightly sore throat. will be back training tomorrow

nice morning jogg together with anders. legs quite tired in the beginning, alright in the end. so hope to be running fast again tomorrow :)
