nice long run with mats n. and petter b. i was quite tired in my legs, so decided to take it easy with mats and petter. really nice long run. a lot of chattering, technically quite nice on a map just with contours and tracks. all in all i am really happy that i went to halden to get some training. really good effort.

Orienteering (indoor orienteering tasks) 45:00 [2] **

cogito meeting at risum-school in halden. task was to deal with stress-situations. we were in a gym and did different tasks.

first some drawing of controls from one map to the other, while doing three others things between drawing and so on. after 3min your partner was allowed to disturb you.
than warm up running an indoor course with obstacles.
than running this one fast while having a map going threw a course, in the breaks drawing your route-choices.

than indoor sprints. 3 times short sprint-course. really fun!!! :)

had a nice jogg threw terrain with tasks on special places. it was like a quiz. i was bad in it. nice jogging with nice chatting so :)

nice sprint intervals.
it was a sprint relay. two persons in one team. you had to run 4 times.
i was running together with martin kristiansen. where all the way steady with the team of øyvind h. and mats n. went out some 20sec. behind mats on the first loop. caught him on the last uphill and ran home the victory. nice one :) running felt not too bad. but legs quite tired in the end

nice and easy running long orienteering together with anders n. and bjørn e.
steady orienteering and pace. nice day, lovely terrain. 8 controls quite little, so a lot of long legs.

weheys. map just with contours. got pritty dark in the end. together with anders n. and øyvind h., but did my own thing :) pritty hard in the end. snowy ground. did one big mistake. rest was okay

had 2h of gymnastics in school. damn i got tired. a lot of coordination, and so on. but at the end i could do a flick flack...yeah
