can not fucking do anything down here just strength training at home. windy rainy cold...no cycling. spinning bike is gone, at görans place already in the back yard for winter time. fuck it. really pissed off and the fucking results from the annoying MR aren`t coming in as well. reckon will end up as a not running a single shit this year. fucking three month that bullshit hamstrings is taking a piss now. annoying bullshit.
