been at the physio in the morning.
got slightly symptoms for a runnersknee, so going to drop running for the next days until monday. that`s alright, because i am going to hemsedal anyway :) hope to train there some strength every day.

afternoon some 30min spinning.
just an easy one to warm up for strength and balance-training.
anyway wanted to take it easy because of my slightly illness and the knee.

than 3 times 10min intervals with 5min break. Than i raised the resistance, so it got harder but not faster. hope you all understand ;)

Nice strength training. did quite much for upper body (back and stomache)
but did aswell quite a good part of balance for the legs.
knee still hurting a bit, but getting better.

nice long run to øyungen from kringsjå together with pit. first part a lot of uphill.
got slightly some knee problems, so we had to change the plans of running small pathes, to big road running, there we tried to get the speed up.
that worked well until i could feel my old injury a bit, so we slowed down.
pritty tired in the end. nice sunday run. happy to have a easy day tommorw.

yesterday i had hangover day, so no training.

i thought going to be alright after the long run last sunday, but when i was jogging today, it was quite painfull while downhill running.

nice session. quite strange that i could not get my heartrate higher than 164..felt like my legs were burning. quite tired after a long day.

Nice fast run on ashpalt, cause it was already dark outside.
tried to keep a good pace. jogged down 9min in the end.
nice to see oslo by night. lovely view :)
feeling that the pace is still there and that my belly is causing the biggest problems nowadays.
my legs are alright, even my 1-year injury is still not well enough.
anyway keep on doing the good work :)

morning run in the morning sun. nice run, but body feels tired after my stomache problems in the past few days. hope it is getting better soon.

after 6 hours of jumping on the trampoline, doing a houndred of saltos, i was doing a nice interval-session on the spinning-bike.
did 6times 4min intervals with 4min rest. nice exercise, got really tired in my legs in the end.
hope i can do these kind of intervals every second week.

the 6 hours of trampoline and gymnastics i will not count in my trainings-diary, though it was a great training for the whole body. why i am doing that? i am getting a trainer education in gymnastics :)

Went from home to ullevaalseter, than to tryvannstua, than frognersetern, a loop at holmenkollen and back home to kringsjaa.
nice one. felt nice, but tired in my legs in the end. gooooood session :)

Nice run together with peter legat and his little boy. Every 5min we changed to push the perambulator. That felt like an interval-session, since the track went mostly uphill. Nice session, but quite tired afterwards i got to admit.

Nice strength training for shoulders, back, belly, legs, and so on.
Have my own program.
Doing it with weights and without.
Since i got some back and legproblems got some special exercises.
Always quite tired after training. That is how it is supposed to be, isn`t it?
