amazing. the pain is slowly moving away. yesterday I could even run outside in Oslo on icy, snowy pathes partly even I chose the road and asphalt most of the time. And I am not stressing it and will just run faster when there is good conditions of surface.

But it is amazing...why can I suddenly run 11 orienteering sessions and 10times running (WU/WD) in February while I could not run anything in (October), November, December, January....

maybe the TOOTH was the fucking reason, it costed me 6580 NOK to get it fixed, so it better be you bloody tooth!

30h of training in February...last time with that amount was August, 2011.

ran in a team with Rafal and Alex. I was running the first leg. Lack of speed and two stupid mistakes made me come some minutes behind. we finished 6th in the end, our first team with Eirik, Anders and Eirik just infront of us.

From Aveiro to Praia de Quiairos.
Together with Vetle and we met some old portugeese geezer. he was helping us a bit with a speed and i think we helped him aswell. awesome ride, lovely warm and everything nice! :) loved it!

First session in the coast terrain. Eirik KH made my course. we had all different courses. I had as focus compass and lift your head.
went really well! :) loved the terrain which was challenging, due to the map not being the newest. and i made just small mistakes, which were like small hesitations. maybe the routine is slowly coming back.

as the other days, challenging terrain. did not go for it today. just cruising speed. had some small problems here and there to find the good flow in this challenging green terrain here and there. really fun.

time for a day off fast orienteering. had power for 20minutes, than brain and legs totally dead and i started to make mistakes. slowed down more and more. in the end couldnt care any more and just finished the race somehow.
i feel that there is a big lack of stamina and speed in my body. i reckon next saturday it will already be much better.

Yesterday I got something in my eye, today I cutted my finger with a knife in my bag.

today I was running M21SE.
main goal: not being last. wanted to run slow, but decided afterwards to run okay speed with flow.
so ended up running 75% of my right now max speed.
made some 3-4minutes mistake. difficult today. but nice and challenging.
mistakes could have been avoided with better concentration.
but anyway the WRE is tomorrow

JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ORIENTEERING! lovely map, lovely terrain. no trees. high above sea level. just stoney. ran together with Sabine to take it easy and helped her with her orienteering but did my own orienteering while doing that. lovely to be running on a map again.
had some small pain due to being tired in the muscle the last 10 minutes

than I drove the otherrs to the training. took out my bike and rode it back to the Hotel. the first 10-15km were more or less downhill. LOVED IT! the rest was more or less slightly uphill. HATED IT! not really, but i got so tired.

heming training today. was a busy day so too late for some own training, so i decided to walk home with music in my ears threw lovely snowy Oslo.

the injury is really taking me down for every single day more i can feel the pain in the hamstrings, waiting for some answers from the MR and knowing something is wrong...but what? what if they do not find anything? what if i go to another physio and he/she is not finding anything. new doctor, not finding anything. maybe it is over. no more orienteering on semi-prof. level.

maybe it is just a sign from some higher power to show me i have to get the master done and start working. but i am not ready for working 100%...i want to run, run threw the woods, run a marathon, complete a triathlon, make it to an A-final in a WOC and EOC...slightly it is slipping out of my hands...

over 4 months...
