Intervals (Hill) 1:00:00 [3]

2x 15 min hill intervals on Te Whiti Riser - nice gentle upwards trail, long enough to do them both without coming all the way to the bottom in between. With Magnus, Ellie, Ruari, Connor and Rob. Couldn't hold onto the pack the whole way, but not too far off. Long downhill warm-down at the end.

One loop at Wainui MTB park with Cat, Hazel and Hannah after I crashed Cat's dirtbike and destroyed the exhaust...oops! Luckily no injuries to me, and no one was filming at the time...

With Magnus from their place up to the skyline, along to Johnson's Hill and down through the top part of Otari. In the wind and misty rain. Felt okay.

Run with Grep up Bell's track and down Kaukau - reverse of my usual loop. More like a jog/walk for Greg, especially on the uphill, and really windy but felt good to finally get out again. No pain in my foot, but both feet tight underneath afterwards.

Indoor soccer -played the second half of the game before because they were short and I was early, then our final. Silver medalists this season after losing 7-6 in the final two seconds of the match after a really intense game.

To/from work. Felt a bit rough getting out of bed to bike to work with only 4.5 hours sleep after arriving back from Melbourne very late last night.
