Walk at Wiritoa. Quite a runners course, so it was pretty frustrating being able to see exactly where I wanted to go, but taking forever to get there. No real mistakes - I think I might also have trained there a bit much.

Feel horrible, so just managed to go to class today. Picked up the bone healing ultrasound from the physio, so will be interesting to see if it works or not.
Shouldn't have gone - lasted 20 minutes, then decided that the difficulty breathing, sore leg muscles, and feeling like vomiting probably wasn't a good look for a swimming pool. Strange, because it came on pretty suddenly after my test this morning, after only having a bit of a sore throat.
25 min tempo run, kind of increased speed in 5 min blocks, and did the last five without the belt - I think I'm finally getting the technique right for that.

5 up, 10 down - good way to relax after my exam this morning, and there were actually other people under the age of 50 there - amazing.
