14c shoes: Icebug Zeal OLX, size 11
EckO, Glen Nant. Blue, 5.9 km. Really fun. Was not feeling fast at all after some late nights, but slowly warmed to it and just loved being out running in fun terrain. Quite a climb right up to the top and a great long leg around the hill where you really had to stay in touch and make micro choices all the way. Caught Max near the top and enjoyed some to and fro with him over the last half. Shoe fell apart with half a km to go, so had to tear off the sole and cautiously pick a way back.
