EckO Gleann Salach. Blue, 5.8 km. Still feeling pretty rubbish, but it would have been frustrating not to run at Gleann Salach. Glad I did, though felt like running through treacle at times! For some reason I make silly mistakes when going slower, and really got confused on 3.
