shoes: Inov8 xtalon 200, sz 11, b/o
Appin show hill race. A classic and fairly brutal 'top and back' course with about 400m climb. Got stuck in lots of rough stuff on the way up but better on the way down. Would have liked to be a bit faster, but don't have that racing edge these days! 6th I think. Tom S won - must have been way out in front
