SOL1 at Mugdock. The courses looked short so went for black, 8.3 km. A pretty good steady run - just lacking fitness. A few mins lost overall. Winner: Mark Nixon, 53 mins.

Dunbeg forest. Beautiful day, so ran the track the end then back the same way to enjoy the view rather than down through the forest. Incredible.
