Dales weekend, day 2, short brown, 8.5 km. Much better area and course than yesterday - really enjoyed it. And running much better too. Just lost a couple of mins on the final controls dropping down the hill.

Dales weekend and northern champs, Monk Road, Malham. M45L, 9.6 km. Beautiful day, but really struggling running-wise for some reason. And missed number 1, which wasn't a good start. But the views were lovely.
