Buachaille Etive Beag, with Rolf. Lovely day. Legs a wee bit tired from yesterday, but not bad.

Craggy! Glad I chose the longer swim, to the green navigation buoy and back up to the Kerrera slip, a little over 900 m. Pleased with how it went, except for constantly veering off to the right. Was heading towards the Oban shore at one point! But swam the distance comfortably and could have gone further, though was a bit disappointed to look back at the end and only see two heads left in the water. Definitely an improvement in the swimming, though, despite 74th out of 77. Would have been more in the pack on the short swim.

Craggy bike ride. Tired and full of salt on the first uphill, but generally feeling pretty good after that. A couple of mins slower than last time, though.

A couple of mins slower on the run as well, but did manage to win a head-to-head on the last couple of miles. Just caught sight of John A towards the end as well, but not enough distance left to do anything about it. Next time!

Easy one on the bike path - Ganavan and back. A nice bit of sun.

Back beach with Tim and Tammy. Hoped for an easy cruise around before the Craggy, but it was rather wavy and noticeably colder, so didn't feel good at all.

Last few checks at Ardnaskie and a bit of mapping. Surprisingly nice out there! Except for the bull in the assembly meadow.
