Run (off-road) race 36:12 [4]
shoes: VJ Supra, sz 11
The Beinn Lora replacement race at Sutherland's Grove. 4.8 miles/300 m. It seems everyone enjoyed it so much that there's a move to make it a permanent switch. Set off up the gorge, then climbing to the very top on the mountain bike tracks, and back mostly on forest roads. Pushed it hard all the way, in a pack of 4 so there was no slacking!
