A perfect, sunny/snowy Christmas morning run - The Hollies, Adel Woods to Seven Arches, Meanwood Park, Becketts Park.

Out and back along the tops of the coastal hills to Ganavan. A really exhilarating run. All the bogs were frozen solid and everything else dusted with powdery frost. Stunning.

Run to work, on the roads to Ganavan then over the coastal hills, which was spectacular with all the snow around. Icy.
