Permanent course at Odderoya, also right next to the centre of Kristiansand. In fact, the map started at the corner of the car park of the hotel our meeting was in! Basically a rocky island that was an army base until recently. Paths, rocks, some stoney forest and strange defensive gullys/caves. It was lashing rain and pretty slippery, so just treated it like a leg stretch.
Ran the permanent course at Baneheia, right next to the centre of Kristiansand. A beautiful, complex area with lots of rocks and paths, so hard to get much speed up. It felt like pretty intense control picking, though the control placings could have been a bit trickier.

An easy run from Sognsvann (Oslo). Legs a wee bit tired from Saturday, but it felt great to run on a frosty/sunny morning. Took a small turning off from the first lake and followed ski markings for miles of rocky, rooty trail. Pretty much wilderness. Amazing for being just a 10 minute tram ride from the centre of town.
