Inveraray jailbreak race - from the jail, where we were started by the jailor with a bell, to the lookout above the castle and down again. Apparently it was the first running for quite a few years, though it used to be an annual event. A nice route, up through the shady woods. Quite a brutal climb. 6.5 km/236 m.

Ecko evening event at Gleann Salach. Blue, 6.1 km. Pretty tired after time out on the boat (doing nothing much, it has to be said!), so didn't start hard, but felt better as it went along. Really enjoyed the part over the fence - great terrain and the views were superb.

Control collecting. Pretty much the blue all over again!
