One and two-thirds laps of Kerrera, mostly with Duncan and Alastair, followed by tea and cakes at Duncan's with all the other folks. A great Sunday afternoon, and good to get in a long run.

Easy-paced, social run around the new 5k race route at Sutherland's Grove. A beautiful starry night. Very fun.

Tuesday intervals. Arlene's training plan said short, hard hills, so that's just what we did. It was brutal. 8x Dunollie and 3x Jacobs Ladder. Momo and Paul made me feel very slow.
