Such a lovely forest. Shame I can't run. Great for the soul but 44 minutes too long for my knee.

Cycled back from Roseisle to Lossiemouth after a bit of lounging on the beach. Absolutely everything hurt. Knees, hips, quads, back... This running stuff is tough on the body when you haven't done any for four months (and the rest). And don't mention the headwind all the way...

Family cycle from Fochabers. Very - very - easy. Peak HR was probably when pushing Eilidh's and Beccy's bikes up the steep hill after cycling mine to the top then jogging back down to rescue them.

Easiest "interval session" I've ever done - I even had to bump up the ERG target to 105% halfway through. Ah well, the legs weren't complaining about the easy ride.
