Up early with a bad back - from standing 3hrs+ at last night's cool 70's party at Amy's - so I chewed on a co-codamol and headed out for a longish wander. Very stiff and sore to start. First time along the river path from Ashfield to Kinbuck, believe it or not!

Shadowed E around the Yellow course at Abbey Craig. In an effort not to slow her down I jogged the flats and uphills, which she largely walked, only for her to dash away as I crawled slowly down the hills. Not the best match!

Very creaky this morning after a day in the office yesterday followed by 90 minutes crammed in a chair to watch Eilidh dance at the MacBob. Took things very easy this morning. Still scared zillions of pheasants on this route.

Morning walk to the Gathering Stane. I was moving OK this morning, so I decided that it was time to introduce a few short sections of jogging along flat parts of the walk. Wore my back brace just to be cautious. No issues other than my legs having forgotten how to jog. TRIMP 52.7.
