SOL 1 Birsemore. M45L: 5.4km +150m. Full of the cold so took this at a very easy pace. Was flustered by being late to my start and blew #1 by ca. 3 minutes, but was pretty solid after that; just slow. Well down on Jase's 45 minute winning time. Wasn't too bothered by the cold when on the course but felt pretty rough afterwards, and the sinuses filled up, so Beccy had to drive home as I was rather spacey!
L knee a bit swollen by the time we got home

No BNOC for me. Feeling dreadful. Managed to drive up the road, but by the time it came to go to the event the pressure in my head was making me dizzy - like wearing massively over-strength specs. Shivering too. Bums.
