Easy jog round Kings Park whilst kids were at the JPR. Felt lousy - sore throat. Should have stayed in bed.

Hellishly long day on the train, murdered my back and my calf. Sciatica, numb foot, the works. Joy. Oh and the sandwiches (they ran out of proper food) gave me Delhi-belly - must have been bad, I've normally got a cast iron digestive system. Bring back BR. I want an exit from BRexit.
