Travelling to Northern Ireland. With the worst hangover imaginable. I am never drinking rum again. Ever. How I got to the car with clothes on and without throwing up I do not know.

Back is much improved today, so, more of the same gentle mobilisation, this time on the Elliptigo. Bonus find of one of the tyre levers that fell out of my bumbag several weeks ago, lying in the road near QMS!

My back has been killing me since the weekend, so I went out for an easy cycle on Bertha in the hope that it would mobilise things. Still chuffed with how well the old gal is spinning along again. Nice to get up on the muir; fresh air and good views. TRIMP 108.9.
