WMOC M45B Sprint Final, Copenhagen. B final totally short-changed, 700m less than A and really boring. MP'd as I ran straight past a control in the middle of a straight line. Couldn't care less. Should have just gone straight to the Jazz Festival.

WMOC Sprint Qualifier. 20s off qualifying for the A final. Just not moving quickly enough; more interested in not breaking myself then going for it, tbh, but had thought that if I'd had a clean run then I might scrape in. I made a 20s mistake... So there you go.

Gathering Stane "run" before the madness of getting the kids to camp and heading off to work. As usual, legs were on backwards for the first wee while.
Pleasant temperature for running - nice and cool before the heat of the day. Was stung by a wasp just on the way back down from the steading - pass the anti-histamine! TRIMP 67.8.

Miles for breakfast. Schools out, so, it was early exercise or n'owt! A lovely, relatively cool morning for a spin out to Blackford and back over the muir.

Bertha feels like a new bike after her refit - I was positively charging along up and over the muir, several PBs, not bad going for a hybrid commuter with pannier racks and mudguards ;-). Cheers again to Gaz for sorting out the gears after I'd fitted all the new bits. I shall be using my newly learnt skills with the CdF's chain replacement this evening... oh oh. TRIMP 115.9.
