Note

Not a great morning, didn't feel like getting up early to get in some proper exercise. Managed to drag Eilidh around an 11.5km +340m easy walk, the last hour and a half of which was spent in lovely sunshine. Visited A'Chuil bothy, which I last stayed in almost exactly 27 years ago with my dad, on the wettest week-long backpacking trip ever. Delighted to find it in excellent condition, certainly having stood the test of time better than I have. The kids liked it although I'm not sure that they'd quite realised that an overnight stay there would involve no wi-fi...

Made the mistake of nipping home before the session - 20 minutes late. Found some of the exercises VERY hard with tired quads/calves/flexors.
