Steady with a few short hill efforts; twice around the hilly loop. This morning routine - short Zwift followed by ice, ultrasound etc all seems OK for my knee; progress. And I get to eat a bigger breakfast. TRIMP 70.4.

Stiff and sore after falling over so many times yesterday, with in particular a sore neck/shoulder from the high-speed slide into a tree. Knee predictably sore and swollen too, so, all in all, circuits were a very lacklustre affair today for me!
