OK, so I know I wasn't supposed to be doing this, but it was a nice (if very breezy) afternoon, and I needed some fresh air. VERY easy, honest, Mr Physio. TRIMP 65.6.

Wee spin out in the dark around the trails of Loch Ard Forest, from Ange's pad at Crinigart. Quite "entertaining" every time my lights slipped and left me blind whilst barrelling downhill! Great to catch up (and be fed!).
