Park of Keir appreciation run! Unfortunately I couldn't join the group walk - I had to take E to her dance class - but J&J very kindly took Jamie along with them. I dropped Eilidh and went for an easy jog to try to meet up with them. Went out the Darn Path, across the Pipe Bridge and up the hill, but was just a bit too late. Inga was still there with the last 20 or 30 people, though - apparently there had been as many as 200! Great news. Headed back towards the road and then Baxter's Loan (super muddy); had to pound some tarmac to get to the Laighills, then a wee detour to checkout what I thought was a nifty shortcut onto Holme Hill (map correction required!) to finish. Easy pace. Knee a bit flakey but hamstring on the mend. TRIMP 121.6.

Nice to get out on some muddy trails again. I had a really sore hamstring yesterday, almost as if I had pulled it during my pre-breakfast tarmac trot (though it has been sore since circuits on Monday night), but stretched lots and, whilst still a bit wonky, it behaved itself. TRIMP 110.3.

Straight into 30/5 doublers. Ouch! Tried hard but the muscles have turned into blubbery heaps of jelly.
