Elliptigo 1:51:35 intensity: (5:59 @0) + (7:15 @1) + (22:55 @2) + (49:46 @3) + (25:40 @4) 43.57 km (23.4 kph) +495m
ahr:141 max:162 shoes: Elliptigo

Felt below par setting off. Intended to do the Langside loop but rebelled and turned towards Muthill, then back straight from there, over the top(s). I hadn't been on that section of road before; thoroughly enjoyed it, it was very hilly and that finally woke me up. TRIMP 201.3.

Short of time, but 'owts better than n'owt. TRIMP 72.7.

Running (Trail run) 39:01 intensity: (27 @0) + (19 @1) + (12 @2) + (53 @3) + (27:06 @4) + (10:04 @5) 7.89 km (4:57 / km) +197m 4:24 / km
ahr:158 max:165 shoes: Salomon Fellraiser 2016

Same run as last week's jaunt with Jase - a bit harder today, trying to set down a marker for the route, as I feel I might be running it reasonably regularly! TRIMP 108.1.

Cycling (Turbo) 1:19:27 intensity: (1:26 @0) + (31:27 @1) + (45:20 @2) + (1:14 @3) 36.94 km (27.9 kph) +371m
ahr:127 max:143 shoes: Genesis Croix de Fer 30 2016

Using my GPS trace from an actual ride shows just how wildly the GPS gradients vary - must be a way to smooth the values before import! Still, it made for a more interesting session than a normal ride on the turbo. TRIMP 100.3.

Note: knee really not happy afterwards. SPDs?
