O: TAY local event at The Hermitage. The long "Forest Sprint" - 5.8km. Thought it would be easy, jogging along. Made a mistake. Annoyed, ran a bit harder. Made a bigger mistake. Cross with myself, ran a bit harder. And thus it continued. By the end I was incandescent to the point of apoplexy, sprinting, and had been complete and utter mince throughout. TRIMP 113.6.

Ah, back to the Saturday morning slot, lovely. Nice morning and lots out on two wheels. Headed to Torrie, Thornill, then the longer route back to Doune and home.
Took things pretty easy as I didn't want to push the dodgy knee, but it seems that wearing the orthotics made all the difference; it was totally fine. The rest of me started flagging by the last half-hour, though; I should probably have taken some food with me. TRIMP 185.
