Steady mixed surface lunchtime run in Livi. Forgot that these shoes are totally useless on muddy trails; much slithering around. The corrective in my shoe has certainly moved the L knee pain a little, but the inside of the knee was still visibly swollen after running, even if it didn't feel like it. TRIMP 78.9.

Tried out the Smart turbo trainer with a Google Maps virtual ride to Greenloaning via the back road to Braco. Needs a bit of fine tuning! TRIMP 53.3.
