Strapped the Elliptigo onto the turbo (after changing the rear tyre - !"*!&^%£^!!! hub gears!) for the first wacky winter workout of the season. 1/2/3/4/3/2/1 pyramid. Sweaty (and sweary, see aforementioned comment re gears). TRIMP 66.6.
